This release builds upon the last release of ReplayNT 3.6 and is a major rewrite of ReplayNT 3.0. For several years now ReplayNT has provided the ReplayTV 4xxx or ReplayTV5xxx owner with a program that allowed for fast and easy downloads of recorded programs to their PCs. This release of the software adds Television Guide data for US and Canadian postal codes. With this guide data, from one program you can schedule recordings on most devices including VCRs, DVRs, PC Capture Cards, DVD recorders, etc. In addtion, all screens are HTPC compliant.

One of the many new features in this software is support for all Windows based PC capture cards. Using the manufacturers software, this program can emulate mouse clicks, keystrokes, and can perform registry updates to change the default channel a PC capture card starts with. This allows the user to program macros for any PC capture card that will start the PC capture software, tune a channel, and start recording. This is based on guide data from Tribune Media Services so that recording and tuning occurs at the appropriate time. When the show is over, ReplayNT can stop recording, save the output file and close the PC capture software.

In addition, DVRs such as the Motorola (all models), ReplayTV (all models), Tivo (all models) can be controlled by ReplayNT. You can even control from a single command tuning and recording on two different devices. For example, from a single record command you can tune an Over the Air (OTA) receiver and record the output on a DVR such as a ReplayTV, Tivo or any other like device.

Combined with state of the art searching capability, finding and scheduling shows, movies, and specials could not be easier.
